The introduction of Queensland Pool Safety Legislation in December 2010 will required every pool in Queensland to have been registered on the Queensland Government Pool and Spa Register by May 2011 and compliant by December 2015. Substantial fines can be issued by local councils to pool owners who do not list their pool on the Pool Register.

$220 Incudes CERTIFICATE & GST
Price includes an on-site inspection of the pool fencing a detailed “REAL REPORT” listing any issues with photos and solutions on how to fix any non-comformity issues. It also includes the Safety Certificate (FORM 23). An inital inspection can take anywhere between 10 mins and 1 hour to complete.
Pool Safety Re-Inspection:
$110 Inc GST
Re-inspection is requried if the pool does not pass after its initial inspection. It involves an on-site visit and inspection of any pool fence repairs conducted. If issues remain, a pool safety inspection report will be issued again.

Onsite advice includes a pool fence report and includes an onsite consultation on issues that may be present. This is a great service for those who are looking to install a pool or are simply after advice on pool fencing requirements
Certificate Re-Issue:

If the property has had a pool safety certificate issued in the past by “BE SAFE POOL FENCE INSPECTIONS”, it is considered a re-issue of our certificate. The pool safety certifiate does not need to be current to be considered as a re-issue pool safety inspection.

We include the MANDATED $41.05 fee in all our inspections. Furthermore, this is paid to the QBCC by our office to issue your Pool Safety Certificate (FORM 23).
