Pool Fence Spacing

For fences less than 1800mm in height, your pool fence needs to be a minimum of 1200mm, measured vertically, from the finished ground level to the top of the fencing.
If your pool fence is less than 1800mm, upright palings must not be spaced any further than 10mm.
For fences that are less than 1800mm with upright palings spaced greater than 10mm but no greater than 100mm, the horizontal rails must be spaced at least 900mm apart and the lower horizontal rail must be at least 1000mm from the top of the fence.
